Domaine Jamet Cotes du Rhone Rouge 2024 070226CHILL Red and black fruit meldJamet's red Ctes du Rhne is a different animal from the grand vin: 100% destemmed, with shorter maturation, deliberately fresher and more immediate. Jean Paul has been a fixture in Cte Rtie since 1976, holding the traditional line while the appellation modernized around him, and even this everyday bottling carries the unmistakable Jamet stamp perfumed Syrah, no makeup, just place and fruit. Drink it while you wait for the Cte Rtie to come around.
