The vines grow in one of the steepest plots of the Red Slope on slate slabs of red slate. The very mineral soil ensures a Riesling full of fruity elegance and the rasping acidity typical of the grape variety. The nose is full and fine at the same time. Exotic fruits are clearly visible and are accompanied
