Granville Eola Amity Hills Chardonnay Koosah Vineyard 2024 champagne-club so seeing his name onAt 800 to 1,100 feet, Koosah is about as high as Chardonnay grows in the Eola Amity Hills and Granville takes its fruit from Blocks 5 and 7, the steepest, most wind lashed slopes at the very top. That combination of altitude, exposure and cold Pacific air is a recipe for tension: small berries, slow ripening, and acidity that doesn't quit. The site has been farmed biodynamically since it was planted in 2016, and Jackson Holstein keeps the cellar work
