Domaine Lionnet Rien Que du Carignan 2021 CS20230828 Jaisalmer Indian Craft Gin isA revelation: 95 year old Carignan vines from the schist slopes of Saint Chinian, bottled for only the third time from this ancient half hectare parcel. Punchily spicy yet beguiling in its purity, this deeply mineral expression flirts with elegance, offering raspberry, redcurrant, and a whisper of dried cranberry. Fermented naturally and aged in used barrelspure, uncompromising Carignan that demands discovery.
