Layers of pomegranate, watermelon, raspberries and ruby grapefruit combine with the subtle sweet spice of cinnamon and nutmeg. Floral notes of rose petal and violets provide lift and energy. The palate is highly textural, contoured and layered. There is flesh with vibrancy through the middle. Gentle spice surrounds the outside, whilst the core is centered again on watermelon, dehydrated cranberries and orange
