Highly perfumed
This is very exciting and delivers a magical finish
on a very steep south-east facing slope which gets a hot and sunny microclimate
slow ripening period that promote maximum flavour development while maintaining the distinctive vibrant acidity
Rainfall turned off like a tap at the end of September 2023
Stefano Lubiana Sauvignon Blanc 2025 over-200 Highly perfumedMedium straw with green gold highlights. Attractive floral talcum notes. Ripe almost exotic tropical fruit aromas with frangipani and fig overtones. Smooth, plush palate, again showing ripe fruit characters balanced by refreshing tangy natural acidity. The wine is round and textured, with very good persistence.
