NuVine Ice Wine Vinegar lavender There's a long lifespan andIce wine vinegar is an intense combination of sweetness and acidity. Ice wine grapes from Shelburne Vineyard were picked frozen in winter when the concentration of flavors was at its peak. They were then fermented and acidified in a traditional method to bring out a unique tasting experience. Taste great with olive oil and bread or on a fresh salad!
