Domaine Philippe Tessier Vin de France Toc 2022 core-no-restrictions Fermentation occurs in stainless steelThis organic Loire Valley red made from Ct shows the understated elegance that defines Philippe Tessier's approach to winemaking. The wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in large wooden foudres, with no fining or filtration, creating a clean, precise expression of terroir. Dark cherry and plum notes mingle with subtle earthiness, while the wine's natural texture builds a satisfying, food friendly finish. Perfect for anyone
