A blend of MV6 (60%), 777 (20%) and 115 (20%). This clonal blend provides a wine with greater freshness and energy with fine grained tannins. All parcels are handpicked, hand sorted and destemmed. This fruit is fermented in smaller 1 ton stainless steel fermenters to allow for each individual parcel
