Gustavshof Rheinhessen Puristica Pinot 2020 tim-atkin are harvested by handGustavshof Puristica is a biodynamic, natural red wine made from Pinot Noir. The loess loam soils warm up very nicely and their high lime content underlines the varietal character of Pinot Noir. Puristica is allowed 12 months ,maturation in a mix of new used french oak.
