Maison des Ardoisieres Vin des Allobroges Blanc Cuvee Silice 2024 SCCOS The 2021 has the balanceThis is your perfect introduction to high altitude Savoie whites, offering an electric burst of energy driven by the Jacqure grape. The name Silice hints at the flinty, sandy soils that shape this wine, translating directly into a glass filled with green apple, white flowers, and a distinct gunflint minerality. It hits the palate with laser like focus and a clean, snappy finish that makes it a dream pairing for fresh goat cheese or raw oysters.
