delicately structural with equal parts texture and integrated primary red fruit this cool climate Shiraz can be enjoyed immediately or will pay dividends with careful cellaring

The nose is fruity, with orange peels, dry apricots, quince jam, vanilla, and cinnamon. The palate is nice and balanced, with fruity notes again, and the finish is very spicy (pepper, cloves). It's very long.
