The nose shows off hints of yellow pulp fruit and white flowers that meet notes of aromatic herbs and sweet spices. The sip is rich and enveloping, fresh and mineral. Long fruity and floral finish. At the table it pairs very well with rich vegetarian dishes or white seafood first and second courses.
