Fish Cage Shiraz 2022 meznew Although Labet is well known

Although Labet is well known for his whole bunch winemaking

and a touch of spice on the finish make this the perfect candidate for a slight chill

Intense and complex floral aromas melt into smoky

It's a wine of lovely depth with some richness

with a textural palate and zesty

Fish Cage Shiraz 2022 meznew Although Labet is well knownAnother wine from outside the Hunter, well delivered by Bryan Currie and the team at Hungerford Hill. Bryan has been making wine from Hilltops for many years, and it shows. Deep red purple. Bright dark cherry, plum, white pepper and toasty oak. Rich, with good poise and concentration, a juicy core of red and black fruit, seamless texture and mouthfeel, mouth watering acidity and balanced oak. A vibrant early drinker.
