Blue Spot is matured for no less than 7 years in Bourbon casks
The nose is fruity and yeasty with notes of grapefruit
and alive with the character of northeastern Italy's signature white
a Roman-era tradition that's still alive here
Los Empleados this year is an intentional blend of Rose of Peru from the Maglite vineyard in Ontario and the Lopez Palomino vineyard in Fontana
Flora Springs Chardonnay 1988 Esthers Blue Spot is matured forFlora Springs' Chardonnay lineage stretches back to 1978, and this 1988 vintage sits at the peak of that trajectorya mature white from Napa's golden age. Nearly four decades in bottle have rewarded patience with complexity, textural richness, and the kind of tertiary character that separates true Chardonnay from mere oak soaked fruit. A snapshot of California history worth experiencing.
