Domaine de Colette Beaujolais-Villages Coteaux de Colette 2024 Wine Bar | Beer Facets is the exploration labelDomaine de Colette sits in Lantignie at the heart of the Beaujolais crus, run by Jacky Gauthier and his son Pierre Alexandre. The Coteaux de Colette is their Beaujolais Villages, sourced from old Gamay vines (60 plus years) on the hillside slopes around the estate. The Gauthiers farm sustainably and have been transitioning to organics, with bush trained vines and hand harvesting throughout. This is the kind of Villages bottling that drinks like a baby
