Hints of citrus blossom, pressed wildflowers, crushed quartz, lemongrass, distant fennel tops, apple sorbet and stone. Tight with a super snappy acid line that gets the salvia going, plenty of focus and some nice concentration of flavour. Finishes dry and moreish.
