Dormilona Chardonnay 2022 geoff-merrill harmonious and palatableSourced from the sandy gravel soils of Burnside in Wallcliffe, the fruit was handpicked, destemmed and sent to stainless steel for three months on skins. It was then basket pressed and had a wee stay in seasoned oak before racking, blending and bottling in December.
