The wine only goes through partial malolactic
textural dream of a wine
It will go down a treat with braised beef and hearty winter vegetables
Do we dare to say it offers freshness of Pinot Grigio and lushness of Pinot Gris
More perfume and freshness too
Heathcote Estate Shiraz Gift Pack Stock 2018 tannat The wine only goes throughFermented in a combination of open and closed fermenters this brightly coloured and complex wine has red and black fruits, a little fresh earth and the oak (French 20% new) has been beautifully handled. There is good depth of fruit on the tightly wound palate and this just needs another 7 10 years plus for it to really hit its straps.
