Cooper Burns ‘Bloody Valentine’ Shiraz 2018 Size::6 Bottle Case The process of racking contributes

The process of racking contributes to the oxidation process whereby the wine's fruit qualities gradually diminish and its nutty characteristics are acquired

with just 25% of the wine matured in a single 5 year old barrel

Good structure on the palate supports the fruit with plenty of weight and character

and subtle plum undertones

This is a great Shiraz for the budget conscious
