Fermented in 2 picking bins in Johns implement shed while the winery was being finished, this is one of the first wines made at Wangolinas new winemaking facility. Hand plunged and on skins for 19 days. Matured for 10 months in seasoned oak to allow some softening of the grape tannin without significant oak influence.
