Distillerie Mette Banana (Banane) 45% 500ml botrytis with planted in 1893Plantain bananas harvested in February March. After maceration in our wine brandy, they are distilled once in our copper pot stills. Our banana spirit is aged for at least one year in stainless steel tanks before being bottled. Consume it as a digestive at 13c in a tulip glass. Colour: transparent, clear. Nose: fruity, with aromas of very ripe banana and flambed banana. Palate: frank and rigorous, with notes of cooked bananas and cane sugar. Finish:
