the Man Jack Shiraz is perfectly balanced with good acidity
It’s a very well-structured and pleasing wine
A fun Italian style sparkling with a lemony
offering flavours of ripe stonefruit
and it works in tandem with more forward stemmy notes

A persistent line of spice and an enduring acid tension. Super concentrated
