St. Michael-Eppan Linea Fallwind Chardonnay Fallwind Alto Adige DOC 2023 bramaterra limes lemons refreshing aciditySt Michael Eppan Chardonnay Fallwind DOC at sight is straw yellow with glints of green. The nose is fruity with aromas of melon and ripe apples. The palate velvety and soft with a mild acid structure. Delightful as an aperitif or on its own; also lovely as an accompaniment to freshwater fish such as tartar of smoked trout as well as to asparagus.
