Peay Vineyards West Sonoma Coast Estate Chardonnay Maritima 2022 JURARARE and lively mineral qualityPressed right up against the Pacific Ocean, the Maritima estate captures the salt scrubbed essence of the coast in a bottle of California Chardonnay. Mint, bay leaf, and lemon curd dance across a palate alive with mouthwatering minerality and tingly salinity, while the silky midpalate reveals notes of flint and white flowers. Whole cluster pressed and aged in Burgundian tradition, this wine drinks like a conversation between Sonoma's cool mountains
