In the winery, 75 per cent of the grapes were whole bunch pressed to stainless steal tank while 15 per cent were left on skins for a short amount of time before being pressed to the same tank. This juice was allowed to ferment wild. The wine matured in tank until it was ready to be bottled. A stelvin closure is used to seal
