Lifted aromatics centre around a citrus core. Pink grapefruit, Meyer lemon and lemonade characters all provide initial intrigue. An element of oak spice and toast is evident in the background. The wine opens with a vibrant citrus drive, led by the native lift of lemon myrtle and bergamot drive on the palate. This is complemented by savoury roasted nuts, with subtle inflections of oak spice and
