Stored for many years in small ten hectolitres casks placed in a small cellar on clay before entering Grosperrin cellars, where it remained in 350 litre barrels. Very amber colour. Dense and complete nose, spices, rancio, prunes, dried flowers. Delicate and oily palate, light notes of undergrowth, bitter
