Crisp on the nose

Girlan Pinot Bianco Plattenriegl is an elegant and seductive white wine

Before beginning the alcoholic fermentation we make a cold prefermentation during 4 to 6 days to work on the phelonic component's exctraction

where the 30 to 80 year old vines are rooted in the schist soils of the Amandi gorge

with fine structured tannins

Punch Lance’s Vineyard Pinot Noir 2017 Size::1 Bottle Crisp on the noseThis has immediate richness and serious exuberance. Black cherry, ripe strawberry, subtle earthen spice and smoky savoury character to lift it above the masses of fragrant pinots out there. The palate is intense and textural with all the right amounts of sweetness, sourness and char. Will definitely appeal to a cross section of pinot drinkers for its fragrance and depths, without being too over the top. Its a wine of depth, complexity and class.
