The palate is medium-bodied with a sweet entry
Kientzler Cremant D'Alsace NV Size::6 Bottle Case Overseen by Stéphane MariotMade from 100% Auxerrois in the traditional method with low dosage of just 5g l. This is made from the 'coeur de presse' (heart of the press juice which has the purest expression of fruit). This release has been aged for 21 months and comes mostly from the 2017 vintage. Dry and vinous on the palate and fresh and lively, a perfect aperitif style.
