What makes this terroir so special
VINIFICATIONThe Chateau des Jacques Morgon is fermented in a combination of stainless steel and large open-top fermenters
The name not only refers to the altitude of the source vineyards
This area enjoys warm days and significantly cooler nights - perfect for the development of complex flavours
The wine is pure and vibrant in flavor showing off citrus and mineral which combine with just a touch of oak on the finish
Château de Fuissé JJ Vincent Juliénas 2020 zweigelt What makes this terroir soYouthful ruby but with a few garnet hints, the nose has a peppery, savoury quality along with sweet black cherry. Juicy on the palate, backed with peppery spice and quite firm tannins. Long and elegant.
