A delicate, yet unctuous dessert wine, Chteau de Fargues is a winery that uses minimal intervention to produce their wine of great concentration. The 2006 Sauternes is one of richness and opulence. Characters of dense honey, toffee and oak are prevalent yet retaining the trademark line of acid to bring it all together. Considered a heady, rich style,
