The logic analyzer samples a digital input of the device under test (DUT) at a high sampling rate (100 MSa s). These samples are recorded in a sample buffer and at the end of the capture, the buffer is displayed in the software for review. Since all digital channels are acquired by an ADC, analogue displays are also possible with a
