The skirt has an elastic waistband for maximal comfort when wearing it and it is covered in sequins. The straps are made in a soft light blue fabric with pink crinkled fabric ruffles. We have added pink birds to the straps two turtle doves. The straps are adjustable and can also be fully removed making it possible to only wear the skirt or add different straps, form some of our other
