Cornice in Metallo Recuperato con Opera arancione RealizzataSouth African artist Mark Hilltout recovers old corrugated sheets of metal in the townships, where they served as roofs or load bearing structures for houses. The metal is brought to his studio where an initial cleaning process takes place and the frames are then assembled. Each frame is a unique piece, handcrafted by the artist. For this reason they may be irregular and or imprecise. These unique features represent the added value of the products.
