Its original recipe, today kept by the Bergamino family, remains partly secret as per tradition. The production process has remained as artisanal as possible: after a careful selection of the raw materials among which the almond tree, cinchona, peppermint, gentian and bitter orange stand out we move on to the infusion and maceration process , studied based on the
