Sondraia 2018 Poggio al Tesoro Doc Bolgheri Rosso Superiore Mastro de Paja in grado di assicurare alPoggio al Tesoro's Bolgheri Superiore Sondraia is born in vineyards that extend along via Bolgherese and via Le Sondraie, in the heart of the renowned Bolgheri DOC. It is mainly produced with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and with Merlot and Cabernet Franc grapes, harvested exclusively by hand in the second half of September. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28 30 C for a duration of 12 days. After
