Pecorino d'Abruzzo Azienda Agricola Cirelli forbice This was Mainardi's second bottlingA pleasant wine full of vitality, this organic Pecorino from the Colline Pescaresi produced by Azienda Agricola Cirelli. The grapes ferment in steel with only indiegenous yeasts, followed by a short aging before bottling, for which a screw cap closure (Stelvin) was chosen. The result is a wine with a slender structure, fresh and mineral sip. Great drinkability and pleasantness for this white wine with a delicate olfactory profile, citrusy to recall
