The Multinational Force and Observers Medal (MFOM) is a decoration authorized by the Director General of the Multinational Force and Observers (MFO) to recognize international military members who participated in the MFO in support of the ceasefire zone between Egypt and Israel after the Yom Kippur War of 1973

VCOs and above must have held office for one year or longer

recipients must have satisfactorily performed duty while assigned as a member of an infantry

qualification tasks standards

at which time the enlisted device will no longer be worn

Coast Guard Officer-In-Charge Ashore Device SBBA~Double~11104DBR The Multinational Force and ObserversUnited States Coast Guard Officer In Charge Ashore Device Criteria: The Officer In Charge (OINC) Ashore Device is pewter toned with a wreath of oak leaves open at the top and a Coast Guard shield in its center. Enlisted members who have earned an OINC device and subsequently advance to officer status may continue to wear the device until they qualify for an equivalent "Officers" command device, at which time the enlisted device is no longer worn.
