Rachel Cotton Top - Thistle Size:14 Those flutter sleeves are madeA truly pretty style, this is the Rachel Cotton Top by that bird label. It's a relaxed fit but with a polished finish we love from the round neckline with its button and loop fastening, to the short puffed sleeves with generous bound cuffs. There is subtle gathering from the neckline for a soft finish. Team with a block colour to let the top really pop, or go matchy matchy with the Stella Cotton Pant.
