The Charlotte Nap Dress - Blue Arcadia Border Size:XXXS Designed with our classic proprietaryMeet the Charlotte Nap Dress. Charlottes power lies in the mini, pleated skirt. To the naked eye it may look like a simple tiered skirt, but oh the pleats! The Design Team tells me they are called knife pleats. Combined with two ruffled tiers, the pleats give this mini skirt max volume for a flirty flare. A square neckline, fully smocked bodice and ruffled sleeves make it as comfortable as it is chic.
