The Château La Mondotte 2009 exudes splendid aromas of incense

colour and fruit and showing exceptional potential

Excellent with raw ham and melon or with fresh

This makes the end result much more integrated and naturally sweet than when the blend is brought together right before bottling

Paringa Estate Pinot Gris piedmont-italy cherries and spicesThis gris has fresh cut pear and green apple on the nose. Its a textured, lively wine, with vibrant fruit flavours, and a fresh, dry finish. With medium term cellaring this wine will evolve greater complexity.
