by some Great Clockmaker
lemon citrus and nectarine
It has lifted peach and nectarine aromas
Yes there's plenty of texture and depth of fruit but it is all balanced by wonderful minerality and juicy acidity as well a nip of phenolic bite
Ox Hardy Upper Tintara Shiraz 2022 saint-clair-family-estate Pairing: Ideal as an aperitifDeep bright purple colour. Inky blackberry aromas, fresh redcurrant, raspberry. Savoury and aniseed. Rich full juicy palate, inky texture. Fresh, soft full tannins, lovely concentration, vigour. Finishes sweet and soft. A wine that will age gracefully for many years, but very drinkable now.
