Clos Saouma Châteauneuf Du Pape Rouge Petit Livre 2019 nocturne layering and complexityLe Petit Livre is one of the rarest and most distinctive wines produced by Mounir Saouma and Rotem Saouma. Unlike the estate's other Chteauneuf du Pape cuves, Le Petit Livre is made from free run juice that originates from the Arioso selection and undergoes exceptionally long levage in a single demi muid barrel before bottling. This extended maturation is a hallmark of the wine and contributes to its remarkable complexity, texture and ageing potential.
