Linden Leaf #88 Organic Molecular Gin 500ml chateau-maris ripe on the noseFounded by three Cambridge scientists and engineers with a passion for food and drink. One evening over a gin and tonic, they were talking about how molecular gastronomy has revolutionised taste combinations in food. This started them thinking about how to make better extracts from herbs, spices, fruit and vegetables. Linden Leaf spirits are crafted and tuned at the molecular level, allowing to isolate the most delicate notes from the nest ingredients
